On purchase of the report you will receive an email from us with instructions to sign in to the healthspan tracker portal and upload your blood tests ( alternatively your clinician may do this for you). Once your blood biomarkers are uploaded your Healthspan Tracker report and Biological Age Report will be ready. You will also have access to the Knowledge Centre on the portal. When you are ready to retest your biomarkers you will just log back in and repeat the process for your subscription order. Book in for your review consultation.

Download the list of blood biomarkers used in the Healthspan Tracker report and show it to your doctor.
Biomarkers with an asterix are required for the organ health scores. Ensure they are included in your final list of biomarkers.
